Zusammenfassung
Rechtsgrundlage für Planungsgutachten bei Zahnersatz ist der § 87 (1 a) SGB V. Danach ist der zahnärztliche Heil- und Kostenplan „von der Krankenkasse vor Beginn der Behandlung insgesamt zu prüfen. Die Krankenkasse kann den Befund, die Versorgungsnotwendigkeit und die geplante Versorgung begutachten lassen“. Der Beitrag erläutert den Gutachtenmaßstab und gibt praktische Hinweise zur Begutachtung.

Planning reports for dentures
Abstract
The legal basis for planning reports in the case of dental prostheses is Section 87 (1a) Code of Social Law, Book V (SGB V). According to this, the dental treatment and cost plan must be „checked by the health insurance company in its entirety before treatment begins. The health insurance company can have the findings, the need for care and the planned care assessed.” The article explains the report criteria and provides practical information on the assessment.
