Das Planungsgutachten nach § 87 (1a) SGB V muss regelhaft die Frage nach der Richtigkeit der Befundangaben im Heil- und Kostenplan beantworten. Obgleich die Festzuschuss-Richtlinie diesen Bereich abschließend regelt, bestehen uneinheitliche Auffassungen betreffs der Versorgung mit keramischen Teilkronen im Frontzahnbereich. Diese Ausarbeitung kommt zu dem Schluss, dass bei erhaltungswürdigen Zähnen mit partiellen Substanzdefekten im Heil- und Kostenplan das Befundkürzel„pw“ anzugeben ist, auch im Frontzahnbereich. Der Umstand, dass die von der Richtlinie hieran anknüpfende Regelversorgung in eng beschriebenen Fällen ästhetisch untragbar ist, mag ein Hinweis auf eine planwidrige Regelungslücke sein. Das darf jedoch nicht zu der objektiv unzutreffenden Befundangabe einer weitgehenden Zerstörung („ww“) führen.

Abstract
The planning report according to section 87 (1a) SGB V normally has to answer the question of the accuracy of the findings in the treatment and cost plan. Although the fixed subsidy guidelines regulate this area conclusively, there is inconsistency in opinions regarding the provision of ceramic partial crowns in the anterior tooth area. This study comes to the conclusion that “pw” should be stated in the treatment and cost plan for teeth that are worthy of preservation and have partial substantial defects, including in the anterior region.
